Personality: Rose is usually quiet and reserved. She's known to be very polite and hates when other countries fight. Being a very old country, she's a very mature person, having gone through so many hardships and feeling despair over and over again. She is surrounded by less-than-friendly neighbors, but despite that she wishes to get along with them.

Relations:
-Russia/Ivan: Rose's best friend. Ivan is one of the few countries Rose ever opens up to. She isn't scared of him at all, and was once even a part of him, literally. (She was part of the USSR for some time before deciding to declare independence in 1991.)
-Turkey/Sadik: They had a slight abusive relationship for a century or so, and have severed ties during World War I. However, Rose wishes to get along with Sadik once again, even if it means being hurt again in the process.
-Greece/Heracles: Heracles has been Rose's friend for a millennia or so. Like Ivan, Heracles is one of few people Rose will open up to.
-United States/Alfred: It was only recently (the past century or so) since Alfred and Rose have become friends. Lately Alfred has been helping her alot.
